Factory Sounds

Factory Sounds is the programme designed to support and raise the profile of the music industry in Manchester, UK. They support the development of under-represented musicians, technicians, labels or creatives.

Trash Club

Trash Club are looking for a diverse range of artists, photographers, writers and more to showcase their work on our Behind the Bins platform and share to our wider community.

ASSITEJ

The Association of Theatre and Performing Arts is calling for directors, choreographers, playwrights, and performers from Ibero-America and the Caribbean to attend a workshop residency in Havana, Cuba. This offers a unique networking opportunity, the chance to experience global performances, and participation in workshops and seminars.

Grants

EU4Culture

The European Union launches a mobility grant for artists and cultural professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and the Republic of Moldova. The grant supports internships, study visits, conferences and professional development and to foster knowledge exchange and intercultural dialogue.

Fellowships

Büchsenhausen

This fellowship in Innsbruck, Austria invites visual and media artists, critics, theorists and curators. Artists will generate contexts for production and exchange whilst reflecting on international art and societal discourses whilst experimenting in an artistic laboratory where new practices may be tried out.

Residencies

YUI-PORT

This residency hosts and supports artists from Japan and overseas who conduct creative activities. Residents will create an environment where creative-rick human resources can easily gather and rediscover the culture of this region in Niigata, Japan.

Deadline: 16th February 2024

New Generation

Junges Ensemble Stuttgart invites performing artists (18–35 years old) to participate in this residency, held during the SCHÖNE AUSSICHT theatre festival in Stuttgart, Germany. Artists will partake in the programme, engage in discussions with established theatre makers, and reflect on and discuss performances.

New Writers

Frieze invites upcoming writers from Austria, Germany and Switzerland to partake in a 3-day course in Vienna, Austria. The group of writers will develop their skills with the support from the Frieze editorial team and wider-network of professionals.

Humus

Projecto Entre Serra is funding this cross-national residency between Estrela, Portugal and High Provence, France. It focuses on the topic of pastoralism and transhumance in an open investigation into the urban environment’s relation to art practice.
